This section explains the purpose of the Biotechnology Specialized Organized Industrial Zone Human Rights Policy and who/which activities it covers. The fundamental approach underlying the policy is to consider respect for human rights as an integral part of the corporate culture and to create a common framework for all stakeholders.

The purpose of the Biotechnology Specialized Organized Industrial Zone Human Rights Policy is to explain the respect that the Biotechnology Specialized Organized Industrial Zone shows for fundamental human rights and the value it places on its employees. The policy is also an integral part of the Biotechnology Specialized Organized Industrial Zone's Code of Business Ethics.
This Policy sets out the principles regarding actions and behaviors related to human rights. It is expected that as the Biotechnology Specialized Organized Industrial Zone develops a better understanding of and increases its experience in supporting human rights, the policy and related practices will further strengthen over time. Gerek duyulması durumunda gelen geri bildirimler için, iş ile ilgili insan hakları konularında sivil toplum temsilcileri ve Paydaş Analizi Listesi’nde belirtilen paydaşlarla diyalog kurulmaktadır.
