SUSTAINABILITY POLICIES
As a Biotechnology Specialized Organized Industrial Zone, we adopt the following principles as a general framework in our Sustainability Policy:
To be a constant supporter of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by conducting all our activities in alignment with the Goals, particularly gender equality, decent work and economic growth, industrial innovation and infrastructure, health and quality of life, responsible production and consumption, and climate action.
We are committed to adhering to the highest ethical standards in our operations, complying with local legislation in force in our region, all national and relevant international standards, and corporate governance principles.
To make corporate sustainability a part of our corporate culture, we aim to raise awareness through the participation of our employees and stakeholders.

To contribute to the fight against climate change, we aim to: implement renewable energy investments; reduce our energy consumption by ensuring energy efficiency; measure our greenhouse gas emissions in all areas of our operation; set reduction targets and implement projects; play an active role in our country's green transformation; continuously monitor and improve our processes to protect biodiversity and contribute to the circular economy; capture and contribute to water recycling; and conduct carbon capture activities.

To ensure transparency and traceability in our supply chain, we continuously monitor the environmental and social performance of our suppliers.
We regularly review our sustainability activities and processes, manage feedback, define goals and objectives in light of identified risks and opportunities, and communicate our sustainability performance regularly with all our stakeholders in accordance with international standards of transparency and accountability.

Implementation of Policy and Related Legislation
This policy has been formulated by concretizing and regulating the rules set forth in current legislation and international standards within the scope of our company's practices. In the event of any inconsistency between current legislation and this policy, the organization acknowledges that current legislation shall prevail.

Entry into force
This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary. The Corporate Communications Department is responsible for updating the policy. The policy enters into force on the date of its publication with the approval of the Chairman of the Board.
